Step One: The Application Packet
Request an application packet from this website, download the application from the website or call the Admission Office at 949.219.1332.
Once the application packet is received, complete front and back of the Biographical Information page. Submit this form, attaching a photograph of the applicant, to the Admission Office with the $100 non-refundable application fee.
By submitting this form and the application fee, the student officially becomes an applicant and is invited to participate in a Shadow Day and to schedule the mandatory family interview with an admission counselor. Campus tours, led by a student ambassador, are an optional part of the family interview and are scheduled at the same time as the interview. All the remaining application materials (Student Interests, Student Essay and Parent Perspective) should be completed and submitted to the Admission office no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2008.
Step Two: Testing
Schedule a time for the applicant to sit for the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE). This international admission test is used in a number of independent schools and is given at several local sites. Below are dates for testing at Sage Hill, but additional dates and locations may be found in the ISEE booklet which is included in the application packet.

Sage Hill’s ISEE Code is 054282. Please list this number on the test registration forms to have your results to be sent to Sage Hill.
Step Three: Current School Information
Submit school transcript release form as well as English and math teacher recommendation forms to the applicant’s current school. All forms should be returned by the school to the Sage Hill Admission office no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2008.
