Criterion for admissions includes: student interest and character, academic aptitude and achievement, and recommendations and interviews. We look at each child as an individual. The school/family/student match is an essential part of the decision making process and students are selected who will best complement the existing class composition.
There are a limited number of spaces available throughout the school. Some classes may only have spaces available based on attrition.
Tours and Open Houses
Oak Grove’s School-wide Open House is the first Saturday in November. Oak Grove’s High School Showcase will be held the evening of November 30, 2007. Tours are scheduled with the Admissions Director on an individual basis.
Application Deadlines
Completed applications received by February 1st will be given priority consideration in the Admissions Committee Review. Completed applications received after April 1st will be reviewed and acted upon on a space available basis.
Acceptance
New student acceptances will be available by the end of the first week of April. Students that are accepted for grades that do not have openings will be offered a place in the wait pool for that class.
