ISTP is an independent, co-educational dual language school for nursery through eighth grade students. With nearly 30 years of educational achievement, ISTP is recognized as a leader in bilingual education. ISTP offers two nursery through fifth grade bilingual immersion programs: Chinese/English and French/English.
ISTP also offers a Middle School from sixth to eighth grade open to students of each of its bilingual programs. Our Middle School is founded on a student-centered approach to learning, and provides an excellent academic curriculum that seeks to enhance student self-awareness and broaden appreciation for international perspectives. Our program prepares students for American High School, as well as international and French schools.

  2. RSVP for an Information Night and/or Admissions Tour, and request an ISTP Admissions Brochure through our web form >>

  3. Fill out and mail in your application, along with your $100 application fee by January 25, 2008.

  4. If you are applying for 1st - 8th grade, please send us your child’s latest school transcript.

  6. The Office of Admissions will contact you to schedule an evaluation for your child.
    Evaluation for children applying to our Early Year’s Program (nursery through kindergarten) will be held on January 26, 2008 or February 9, 2008.
    Children applying after January 25, 2008 may be schedule for an evaluation on March 22, 2008, pending space availability in our programs.
    Children applying to 1st through 8th grade will be scheduled for a half-day school visit where they will attend a class while participating in an interactive classroom-based evaluation.

  7. Decisions will be mailed out to prospective parents on February 29 (for nursery and pre-k applicants) or March 12 (for kindergarten through 8th grade applicants).

  8. Should you receive a letter of acceptance, in order to guarantee a place for your child, you will be required to return the Enrollment Agreement within 10 days of its mailing along with the enrollment fee and registration deposit.

  9. Any spaces in the school that have not been filled after the 10-day return period will then be made available to waitlisted applicants, one at a time on a rolling basis. This rolling admissions policy will continue until the beginning of school in early September, depending on space availability in each class.
